Todays WoD is courtesy our CrossFit friends in London. Thanks to Dave Henry and his crew. It looked like they had so much fun with it yesterday that I figure we may as well do it today =)

- 100 squats
- 20 push-ups
- 800m run
- 10 push-ups
- 100 Squats
- max push-ups
