Samson Stretch (do the Samson Stretch once each round for 15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with broomstick
Sit-up
Back-extension
Pull-up
Dip
Note that for a workout that's dip or pullup-centric, you might want to do something else in the warmup.

Nice...
I did a scaled Grace with 95#.
That's what I used for my first Grace a while back and wanted to see how I'd improved since then...
Then 4:59
Now 3:54!
Time to bump it up to 135 next time.
Then tried to do 7x1 max weighted pullups... but only got to up to 5 before the crappy belts I tied up to use started tearing... time for a weight belt
