Fight Gone Bad

3 rounds of 1 minute each of the following, with 1 minute rest between:
  • Wall Ball (20lbs)
  • Sumo Deadlift Hi-Pull (75lbs)
  • Box Jump (24 inches)
  • Push Press (75 lbs)
  • Row (Calories)
