Without putting the bar down between exercises, complete the following for time:
5 rounds of:
- Clean
- 5 front Squat
- 5 Push Jerk
After completing the above:
5 rounds for time of:
10 Bent over Rows
10 Push Ups on the Bar
10 Knees to Elbows
Use the same bar from above.
