03/31/07 Workout of the Day (WoD)

Every Minute on the minute complete 20 reps at a given station and then rest until the next minute and start at the next station complete all 7 stations in 7 minutes, take a 1 minute rest and start again. Repeat for 3-5 rounds.

The Stations are:
  • Rowing (calories)
  • Push Press (1/3rd Bodyweight)
  • Squats
  • Pull Ups
  • Wall Ball
  • Hanging knees to Elbows
  • Back Extension
