Snatch Progressions:
Perform 5 reps of each of these exercises in sequence for a total of 5 rounds.
  • Snatch Grip Deadlift
  • Snatch Pull
  • Heaving Balance
  • Overhead Squat
  • Drop Snatch
  • Snatch
