05/30/07 Workout of the Day (WoD)

Here is another Chipper... (Scale the load if needed - post scaled load along with time to comments)
  • 400m Sprint
  • 25 Cleans (.75 Bodyweight)
  • 50 Push Ups
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 400m Sprint
  • 25 Bench Press (Bodyweight)
  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Back Extensions
  • 400m Sprint
  • 25 Deadlifts (1.5 Bodyweight)
  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 50 Burpees

This was absolutely disgusting.
I feel like a car was dropped ontop of me, and then a house ontop of the car.

25 Cleans (135x10, 125x10, 115x5)
50 Push Ups

25 Bench Press (180x10, 175x10, 170x3, 165x2)

25 Deadlifts (270x10, 260x5, 255x5, 250x2, 245x2, 240x1)
50 Pull Ups
50 Burpees
