Complete the following series for time:
  • 300m Row
  • 150 Squats
  • 300m Row
  • 25 Tuck Jumps
  • 25 Ball Slams
  • 25 Burpees
  • 25 Box Jumps
  • 25 Plyometric Pushups
  • 25 MB Cleans
  • 300m Row

Damn, I wish I had checked the site first. Did a scale WOD from HQ...similar to the SC WOD...

For time:
25 Walking lunge steps
20 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps, 20 inch bench
20 Double-unders (between single skips)
25 Dips (no rings yet)
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 30 pound dumbbells
25 Back extensions
25 Towel Pull-ups
