08/01/07 Workout of the Day (WoD)

21 - 15 - 9 Reps of each of the following pairs:
  • Push Ups
  • Squats
  • Pull Ups
  • Burpees
  • Divebomber Push Ups
  • Boot Strappers
Then finish off with a 500m row.
