08/22/07 Workout of the Day (WoD)

Complete the following for time:
  • 50 Walking lunge steps
  • 25 Pull-ups
  • 50 Box jumps, 20 inch box
  • 50 Push Ups
  • 25 Knees to elbows (seated or hanging)
  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Sit-ups
  • 15 Hang squat cleans, (dumbbells, MB, etc)
  • 20 Supermans
  • 20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 1 Rope climb ascent
